First Post of 08

Well, it has been a while and I have done a lot in December, just didn't get to writing it all down. No worries though. I will be doing a extensive recap of my last month, including a couple of new recipes: a chili and my mother in laws green jello salad. Plus I will delve into the great extended weekend and new years that we had up at the cabin with all of our friends. It was fantastic! Tons of snow and fun was had by all.
